Nope! The run/walk is completely optional. Most people come for the cold plunges, fitness classes, vendors, and community vibes. Do what feels good.

Bring a mat to secure a spot in a class, towel (for cold plunges), SPF, and comfortable workout clothes. Everything else is provided with ticket.

Yes! We run rain or shine. In case of severe weather, we'll notify all ticket holders via email and text with updates or rescheduling info.

Absolutely! RRR is family-friendly. Kids are welcome, though they'll need their own ticket if participating in activities. There isn't many kid activities though. They need to be supervised at all times!

No, tickets are not refundable but we can give you credit towards a future event. Tickets can be transferred.
