1.1 Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases made through the official RRR ticketing platform (TicketSpice) for Run, Roast, & Refresh LLC events. All ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1.2 All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of personal plans or schedule conflicts

Illness or injury prior to the event

Dissatisfaction with the event format, lineup, or activities

Failure to attend for any reason
By completing your ticket purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

1.3 Ticket Transfers
While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge. To transfer your ticket:

Contact us at runroastrefresh@gmail.com prior to the event start time with the full name and contact information of the person receiving your ticket

The new ticket holder must present valid identification at event check-in
Please note: the new ticket holder will be required to sign the liability waiver at check-in if they have not already done so through TicketSpice. RRR reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who refuses to sign the waiver or cannot provide proof of a valid, authorized transfer.

1.4 Event Cancellation by RRR
In the event that Run, Roast, & Refresh LLC cancels an event entirely, ticket holders will be notified via email to the address provided at ticket purchase and via RRR's official social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) as soon as reasonably practicable. Ticket holders will receive a credit equal to the full face value of their ticket, applicable toward any future RRR event at any RRR location. Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be used within twelve (12) months of the original event date.
RRR will not issue cash refunds for cancelled events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that a credit toward a future event constitutes full and adequate compensation in the event of cancellation.

1.5 Event Rescheduling
For purposes of this policy, a "rescheduled event" means an event that is moved to a different calendar date. Changes to event start time, venue location within the same market, or modifications to specific activities or features do not constitute a rescheduled event and do not entitle attendees to a credit or transfer.
If RRR reschedules an event to a different calendar date, ticket holders will be notified via email and RRR's official social media channels as soon as reasonably practicable. Your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may:

Transfer your ticket to another person as described in Section 3.3, OR

Receive a credit toward a future RRR event at any RRR location by contacting runroastrefresh@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of the rescheduling announcement
No cash refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.

1.6 Partial Event Changes
RRR events include multiple elements such as the optional 5K fun run/walk, group fitness classes, cold plunge stations, partner activations, and entertainment. If one or more individual elements are modified, reduced, or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, vendor availability, or other operational circumstances, the event is considered to have taken place in full for refund purposes. No refunds or credits will be issued when the overall event proceeds as scheduled, regardless of changes to individual elements.

1.7 Weather and Force Majeure
RRR events are primarily outdoor events and will proceed rain or shine unless conditions pose a genuine safety risk, as determined solely by RRR at its discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued for events that proceed as scheduled despite inclement weather.
In the event of a full cancellation due to severe weather, natural disaster, government order, public health emergency, or other circumstances beyond RRR's reasonable control (force majeure), ticket holders will be notified per Section 3.4 and will receive a credit toward a future RRR event at any RRR location. RRR is not liable for any travel, accommodation, transportation, or other costs incurred in connection with such cancellations.

1.8 Ticketing Platform Fees
Tickets are processed through TicketSpice. Any applicable processing or service fees charged by TicketSpice at the time of purchase are non-refundable and non-creditable under any circumstances, as these fees are retained by the ticketing platform and are outside of RRR's control.

1.9 Removal from Event
Attendees removed from an event for violation of RRR's Code of Conduct, Prohibited Items policy, or any other provision of our Terms and Conditions will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

1.10 Disputes
If you believe a ticket charge was made in error, please contact us at runroastrefresh@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the charge. We will review all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting RRR may result in suspension of your ability to purchase future tickets and may be disputed by RRR with supporting documentation of this policy.

1.11 Changes to This Policy
RRR reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our Website with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your ticket purchase governs that specific transaction.
