1.5 SMS and Email Communications — TCPA Compliance

RRR complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a ticket or accessing our services.

By checking the SMS marketing consent box at ticket checkout or on any RRR form, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Run, Roast, & Refresh LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages (ticket confirmations, event reminders, schedule changes) related to tickets you have already purchased.

1.6 Photos, Videos, and User-Generated Content

RRR events are fully photographed and videographed throughout the entire event space. There are no photography-free zones. By purchasing a ticket to an RRR event, you acknowledge and agree — through your signed liability waiver at checkout — that:

Photography and video recording take place throughout the entire event venue
You may be photographed or filmed at any time during the event
RRR and its partners may use your likeness in promotional materials, social media posts, and marketing content
You grant RRR a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use any content you tag or submit using official RRR hashtags

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you should not attend the event. Your ticket purchase and signed waiver constitute your express consent to photography and video throughout the event.

Photography and Video of Minors: By purchasing a ticket and bringing a minor (any person under the age of 18) to an RRR event, the accompanying adult expressly consents on behalf of that minor to being photographed or filmed throughout the event and to RRR and its partners using that minor's likeness in promotional materials, social media posts, and marketing content. This consent is captured as part of the ticket purchase waiver.

1.7 Not Medical Advice

Run, Roast, & Refresh LLC is not a licensed medical provider. Nothing at our events, on our website, through our partners, or in any RRR communication constitutes medical advice, medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical consultation. All wellness activities, fitness classes, recovery experiences, and health-related partner activations at RRR events are for general wellness and recreational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity or wellness regimen.

1.8 Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Ticket purchase records and signed liability waivers may be retained for up to seven (7) years for legal and accounting purposes.
